This notice explains how Ahenza Global (“Ahenza Global”), as data controller, processes personal data collected through our website and contact channels, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

• Receiving, assessing and responding to quote and information requests
• Carrying out pre-contract discussions and communication
• Planning the requested export or import services
• Ensuring information and website security
• Meeting legal obligations and requests from authorities

4. Legal grounds

We process personal data under Article 5(2) of the KVKK where processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract (c), to comply with a legal obligation (ç), to establish, exercise or defend a right (e), or for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Non-essential cookies are used only with your explicit consent.

5. How we collect data

Through the quote and contact form on our website, email, phone and instant messaging, by partly or fully automated means.

6. Transfers

Where needed to fulfil your request, personal data may be shared with business partners and service providers (such as customs brokers, logistics companies, hosting and email providers) and with authorised public bodies. Where export and import services require sharing with suppliers, buyers or service providers abroad, or where IT services use servers outside Türkiye, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, know third parties receiving it in Türkiye or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that third parties be notified, object to decisions based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send requests in writing to the address above or from your registered email address to info@ahenzaglobal.com. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
