Frequently asked questions

If your question isn’t here, write to us and we’ll answer within 24 hours.

We don’t set a fixed minimum quantity. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is usually set by the manufacturer and varies by product, mould and packaging. Once we receive your request, we share and compare the MOQs of suitable suppliers, and if you want to start with a smaller quantity we look at the options together.

Once the product and target price are clear, we request samples from the selected suppliers. Samples are checked against the agreed criteria and presented for your approval; mass production does not start without it. The timing depends on whether the product is in stock or made to order. We share an estimated timeline in writing at the start of the process.

Customs duty, VAT and any additional charges depend on whose name the import is made in and on the agreed delivery terms. At the quotation stage we show the estimated taxes and cost items separately based on the product’s HS code (GTİP), so you see the total cost before you order.

Before we start, we check the buyer’s company details and recommend a payment method suited to the size of the deal, such as advance payment, partial prepayment, cash against documents or a letter of credit. The terms are set out in writing on the proforma invoice and the sales contract.

The basic documents are the commercial invoice, the packing list and the customs declaration. Depending on the product and destination country, you may also need an A.TR or EUR.1 movement certificate, a certificate of origin, a transport document (CMR, bill of lading or AWB) and, for products such as food, a health certificate. We draw up the list for your case together at our first meeting.

It depends on production time, transport mode and route. Sea freight is the most economical but slowest option; air freight is faster but more expensive. For every order we share an estimated timeline from production to delivery in writing, together with the quote.
