A.TR or EUR.1 — which applies to my order?

It depends on the destination and the product. Industrial goods to the EU usually travel with an A.TR; EUR.1 is used for free trade agreement partners and some product groups. We confirm the right certificate from the HS code and destination.

Will I receive a certificate of origin?

If your market or buyer requires one, yes. It’s issued through the relevant chamber of commerce.

What if a document contains an error?

Depending on the error, it may need correcting or reissuing, which can cause delays or loss of preferential duty. That’s why we cross-check documents before loading.
