Delivery
Orders are sent by courier or freight company. Shipping cost and time are stated in the quote based on quantity, volume and delivery address.
Returns and exchanges
Damaged or defective products should be reported with photos as soon as possible after delivery. For retail purchases, your rights under consumer law are reserved.
Corporate purchases
For shops, hotels, agencies and institutions, we prepare a custom quote based on quantity and packaging needs.
